Simon he’s a very understanding surgeon he made me feel very welcome and relaxed. He was always prepared to listen. straight after the operation. He phoned my wife to let her know that I was okay which I thought was very very kind of him. His work and his team are very very professional in what they do. Well done. Keep up all the good work Simon thanks for fixing my knee .

From my first initial consultation appointment with Simon I knew straightaway that I was in was in good hands!
He came across very professionally and explained in detail every aspect of the knee implant surgery highlighting both the benefits and potential side effects which could result in certain patients.
During the consultation he also made me aware of the possible options which I could pursue but left the final decision down to me.
Simon is definitely of the old school very experienced and extremely proud of what he does to improve the quality of life of his patients.
From my personal experience to date, I would have no hesitancy whatsoever to recommend Simon.

Simon is friendly & welcoming . He understood my knee issues completely. He considered my medical history, my age and the travelling I am embarking on and together we agreed a path of action.
I had researched my condition and had my own thoughts on a path ahead and Simon took complete consideration of this .
For me as someone under 60 my actual surgery will come later but for now the solution of an injection mix is perfect.

Simon Ellis has excellent communication skills. He is approachable; takes the time you need to discuss your concerns; contacts you the night before your operation to check that you are OK and do not have any further questions; visited me before the op, again in recovery and again later that day and also the following day. Is very easy to talk to and explains things well. So far my recovery is going well (only 8 days since the operation) and I have been told to call if I have any concerns, prior to my follow up appointment. I will certainly be contacting Mr Ellis when I am ready to have my other knee replaced. I had every confidence in Mr Ellis and would certainly recommend him.

Mr Simon Ellis is one of the South East's leading knee surgeons. He has over 25 years’ experience as a consultant based in Kent.
